Job summary

A&R Group in Colorado Springs, CO is actively recruiting an Engineer I to maintain hotel facilities, from lighting to HVAC, so operations run smoothly and guests have a comfortable stay.

The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, and monitoring building systems. A hands-on problem-solver with teamwork and a readiness to work varied shifts is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC).
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety instructions, and equipment guides.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong attention to detail and a “get it done” attitude.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing ladders, etc.)

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
