Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Scottsdale is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Hotel Valley Ho. Qualifications

• Specific job knowledge, skill and ability:
• Adequate written, verbal, and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Previous resort maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Basic understanding of Windows-based computer systems (Word, Excel) or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Assist guests with service requests as needed.
• Learn and use computer-based systems in the engineering department (CMMS, HVACR controls, energy management).
• Work with electrical circuits, plumbing, and other power and hand tools.
• Address challenges with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Complete tasks in a timely and satisfactory manner for all parties.
