Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and repair work on building systems and some equipment.
• Assist guests with service requests as needed.
• Learn and use computer-based systems in Engineering (EMS, CMMS, HVACR controls).
• Work with electrical circuits, plumbing, and various tools.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and complete tasks on time.
