Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hotel maintenance and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The role requires proactive problem-solving and timely communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in hotel maintenance or similar.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner.
• Completes daily rounds and reports issues.
• Fulfills work orders promptly.
