The Standard, High Line is seeking an Engineer - Full-Time to maintain building systems and execute preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work. You will handle various repair tasks, install fixtures, and support guest satisfaction through reliable service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions per procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Adherence to hygiene, sanitation, punctuality and attendance expectations.

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work basics; safety-focused.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, blueprints, and use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety procedures and comply with regulations.
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks across the property.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment for daily work.
• Receive and prioritize daily work orders from leadership.
• Inspect rooms for repairs and maintain records of maintenance.
• Install/repair fixtures, televisions, and basic electrical components.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
