Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support and drive execution of equipment maintenance strategies at our Louisiana site. You will initiate improvements in maintenance strategies and implement modified approaches to keep critical equipment running.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with the Mechanical Maintenance Team, and contributing to outages and tool development while maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ year of plant-based experience; chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge with focus on sustainable, cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of equipment maintenance strategies.
• Assist in outages planning and development of execution tools.
• Lead safety initiatives to pursue Zero Harm and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop maintenance execution tools and initiate strategy improvement activities.
• Interact with the Reliability Group at Nitrogen Site.
