Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of team members, and adherence to HSEQ standards while meeting production schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

5+ years in maintenance with leadership experience.
Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
Strong preventive maintenance knowledge for mechanical systems.
Experience with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Willingness to work overtime and be on call.
TWIC card eligibility or ability to obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the maintenance team by coordinating daily activities and solving equipment issues.
Maintain plant equipment and facilities including piping, valves, and rotating equipment.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Promote a strong safety culture with LOTO procedures.
Partner with operations, planners, and engineers to prioritize work.
Identify and recommend repairs or upgrades to improve performance.
Manage maintenance records and work orders in SAP.
Support planning and budgeting by assisting with material bids and equipment needs.
Develop and mentor team members through training and feedback.
Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies.
