Job summary

Home2 Suites College Station by Hilton seeks a Maintenance Engineer to keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems running smoothly, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You’ll perform routine inspections, respond to issues, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced hotel environment.

A high school diploma is required; trade licenses are a plus, and daily pay and benefits are offered after the initial period. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred.
• Trade licenses in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry are desirable.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems.
• Handle emergencies like fire alarms and power outages with safety as a priority.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and safe, with proper tool and chemical storage.
