Qualifications

• Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Security of the building: locking/unlocking, arming/disarming access controls.
• Operate and maintain mechanical systems including boilers, chillers, A/C and electrical systems.
• Manage EMS programming and energy management tasks.
• Set up and take down for school activities; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Snow removal and other duties as assigned.
