CommonSpirit Health in Council Bluffs is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead technical operations, optimize performance, and extend asset life across building systems. You will design and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

As a key technical leader, you will perform root-cause analyses, manage small to mid-size projects, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

Formación

• Experience designing preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to perform root-cause analyses and develop repair strategies.
• Project management experience for facility-related projects.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on technical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance on critical building systems and responds to equipment issues.
• Documents work orders and coordinates repairs with customers and teams.
• Inspects facilities and reports unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Locates and procures repair parts while managing inventory and budget.
• Coordinates external contractors and escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains facility management system records and supports special projects.
