Job summary
SBA Group's Davie County, NC facility is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance on highly automated furniture production lines. You will supervise electricians and mechanics, ensure safety, reliability, and optimize OEE in a fast-paced environment.
Required are a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, with CMMS/SAP familiarity and experience with automated conveyors and robotic cells. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
- Experience with automated production equipment is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for highly automated furniture equipment.
- Lead a team of electricians and mechanics ensuring safety and reliability.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Track maintenance KPIs and support OEE improvement.
- Maintain CMMS/SAP records and prepare reports after major failures.
