Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of building systems and guest comfort. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to requests, inspect equipment, and coordinate safety compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You should have 2+ years in maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and solid troubleshooting abilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with management and other departments to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
