Job summary

Wright Investments, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support hotel facilities, performing preventive maintenance and responding to guest requests. The role requires communication skills, technical trades proficiency, and physical stamina for indoor/outdoor work in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring boiler/chiller readings, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of areas. Weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and records.
• Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to hotel environments.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and safe disposal of materials.
