Essentia Health in Graceville, FL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance on a medical campus, including boilers, HVAC, fire safety systems, generators, and patient care equipment. Position involves routine and preventative work with the potential for emergency repairs.

The role requires 1 year of maintenance experience or related training, a boiler license or ability to obtain within 6 months, and a day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional call obligations.

Job Description:

Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment.
