The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, conduct routine inspections, and maintain thorough records while communicating effectively with the team and management. The role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
