Job summary

Residence Inn Elmwood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, and handle general facility upkeep. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine inspections, and keep detailed maintenance records.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. A valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
