Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance and repair services for our facility in Omaha.

You will perform electrical and plumbing tasks, HVAC upkeep, and general facility maintenance while coordinating with team members to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least three years in a maintenance role, hands-on skills across trades, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a high-volume

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency in pool management is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems and perform repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to keep facilities in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
