Job summary

Miami University is seeking a Sr Maintenance/Repair Tech to perform general maintenance on university buildings. This role involves tasks like repairing doors, unstopping sinks, and conducting preventive maintenance. Qualifications

• Requires driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders and estimates time and materials needed.
• Performs repair work on various systems.
