Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.
Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign on bonus
Production Starting Rates: $20.78
Increase every 3 months with top out in 12
Benefits Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:30pm-10:30pm - work 35 hr > get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium.
3rd shift: 10:30pm-7:00am - 10% shift premium

Job Description

Responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical devices and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to safely resolve problems with minimal downtime or cost to the company
• Plan the scopes of work, time, and materials required to complete tasks assigned
• Emphasize preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic controls, systems, boards, and circuits
• Work with single and multi-phase electricity to 480 volts, plumbing materials, HVAC systems, welding and brazing processes, and repairs with block, brick, and concrete
• Troubleshoot and repair relay logic, hydraulic pneumatic systems, and CNC machines
• Read complex blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Fabricate and repair guards
• Provide preventive services to a variety of machinery and processes throughout the plant

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and interpret detailed prints, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to apply information to manufacturing processes
• Emphasis on CNC repair and troubleshooting electronic controls and equipment

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma / GED Required
Trade/Technical School Preferred
