Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on equipment per work orders and supervision. You will repair and install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components, and service devices such as pumps, presses, and fixtures in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance, a strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with PLCs and troubleshooting. AAS in related field is a plus; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• AAS in related field a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in mathematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of PLCs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Fin Press operation a plus.
• Basic industrial electrical knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimal travel involved, but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, environmental, and property protection policies.
• Dismantle, repair, and install manufacturing equipment.
• Operate Band Saws, Lathes, Drill Press, Welders.
• Evaluate and suggest repair improvements.
• Work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpret mechanical drawings.
• Repair electronically controlled equipment, gauges, hoists.
