Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Waupaca, WI seeks a Maintenance Electrician to diagnose, repair, and improve the electrical backbone of our manufacturing operation. You will read complex electrical schematics and pivot between electrical and mechanical issues to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will perform new installations, upgrades, and system enhancements while documenting all work for downstream technicians and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on background in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical drawings to troubleshoot quickly and accurately.
