Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to maintain building electrical and related systems at client sites in Idaho/Boise. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and material handling equipment, while mentoring teammates.

The role requires a state journeyman license, 4+ years of industrial electrical experience, and the ability to work varied shifts. Travel may be involved, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with industrial electrical or facility maintenance.
• State journeyman electrician license and requirement to keep it active for duration of employment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs to building systems including electrical, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance team members to develop skills and capabilities.
• Ensure availability of tools and supplies and manage inventory, including purchase requests.
• Oversee contractors within the building and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and drawings for regulatory compliance and CFWA processes.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
