Job summary

JLL Maintenance Electrician in Shakopee, MN, is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining building electrical, HVAC, and automation systems, including UPS, generators, and robotics, ensuring uptime and safety.

You will lead and train maintenance technicians, coordinate with contractors, and adhere to regulatory requirements, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with industrial electrical or facility maintenance.
• State journeyman electrician license and active status.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Must be authorized to work within the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical systems, including power distribution and critical power systems such as UPS and generators.
• HVAC systems, including PM planning, logs review, and maintenance of refrigeration and heating equipment.
• MHE, robotics, including electrical aspects of automated conveyor systems to support a One Team environment.
• Ensure availability of tools/inventory and coordinate purchase requests, sources for stock materials, and periodic checks of inventory.
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
