Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Mansfield Works and its Mansfield facility are seeking two Electricians to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on keeping the plant running through preventive and reactive electrical maintenance and timely repairs.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams. Shift work in a 24/7 environment is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to read safety information and operating instructions.
• Work a rotating shift in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of overhead traveling crane, AC & DC motors and generators, transformers, circuit breakers, electronic controls, control panels, starters, switches.
• Calibration and maintenance for pressure, flow, level, and position.
• Other duties as assigned.
