Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Mansfield Works is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our maintenance and engineering team. You will troubleshoot equipment, develop corrective actions, and support outages to improve reliability and safety in a heavy manufacturing environment.

You will lead projects, collaborate across operations, maintenance and engineering, and help implement new electrical equipment and technologies while maintaining strong safety practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead projects, influence teams, and drive continuous improvement.
