Rite-Hite is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our HornLake, MS manufacturing facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while supporting preventive maintenance efforts to maximize equipment reliability, minimize production downtime, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud or moderate (office 49–58dBA / plant 70–110dBA). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles worldwide extreme temperatures, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The employee must be available to respond to urgent situations, including working beyond scheduled hours (evenings and weekends as needed).
