Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a maintenance/technical career professional to troubleshoot and repair across electrical, fluid power, mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.

The role requires teamwork and effective interaction with all levels of management and operations to keep production running smoothly. Candidates should have postsecondary training in electronic technology or related fields, with strong experience in PLCs, motors, drives and safety practices such as lockout/tagout.

Qualifications

• Training beyond high school including either an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or closely related technical field preferred, or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trade programs, military training or other training as applicable.
• Certifications in any technical field or techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems across operations.
• Provide technical support for all phases of manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate effectively with management and operations at all levels.
