Qualifications

• Basic maintenance knowledge across building systems.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks across the facility.
• Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping and snow removal.
• Inspect and maintain equipment like elevators, generators, fire systems.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping and admin to resolve issues.
