Job summary

The Pines at Rutland, part of National Health Care Associates, is hiring Nursing Assistant Trainees for an evening schedule (3pm–11pm) with rotating weekends at our Rutland, Vermont location. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and mentorship to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

You will learn under experienced professionals, attend class, labs, and clinicals, and contribute to compassionate resident care while earning as you learn within a supportive team environment.

  • Willingness to participate in training and mentorship to become CNA.
  • Strong communication with residents, families, and care team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures.
  • Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision.
  • Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents.

We are hiring LNA students for our upcoming class. Once licesed you will work full time evenings (3p-11p) with a rotating weekend schedule. Come earn and learn with us. Weekly pay!

What You’ll Do

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

Rate of Pay

USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
