• Maintain exterior grounds and landscaping; snow removal and outdoor upkeep.
• Inspect and maintain equipment like elevators, generators, and fire safety systems.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping, and administration to address maintenance needs.
