Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry basics.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Help maintain exterior grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor areas.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment (elevators, generators, fire safety).
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping, and administration to address issues.
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and outings.
