Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance requests, create service tickets in CMMS, and dispatch technicians or contractors. You will coordinate with restaurant teams, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure timely repairs and accurate records.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with heavy use of Excel and MS Office in a fast-paced office environment. Remote work may be available as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, retail, customer service, dispatch, or related administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle maintenance requests from restaurant operations and field teams.
• Create service tickets in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Dispatch service technicians and/or third-party contractors as needed.
• Update the maintenance system and follow up frequently until repairs are completed.
• Facilitate communication between restaurant teams, maintenance staff, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.
