Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of the maintenance department.
• Ensure the facility and grounds meet safety codes and standards.
• Monitor and follow equipment and systems maintenance schedules to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Education
