Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English and follow safety policies.
• Experience with building systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Maintenance Assistant.
• Coordinate with external vendors for service and repairs.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and infection control standards.
