Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory maintenance/plant role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and other mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise professional and non‑professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct maintenance department operations to keep the facility safe and comfortable.
• Meet the maintenance needs of the facility and supervise contractors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain exterior upkeep and grounds in all weather conditions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy practices to protect residents' health information.
• Be on-call for emergencies and after-hours work.
