Qualifications

• Prefer two years of experience in maintenance or housekeeping.
• Experience in supervising and managing employees is a plus.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the maintenance and repair of the community.
• Perform daily inspections of the property.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain facilities.
