Qualifications

• Two years experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and structural work preferred.
• One year experience supervising and managing employees preferred.
• Able to safely operate a wide variety of equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance, repair, and housekeeping to keep the property safe and comfortable.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and conduct plumbing repairs as needed.
• Plan and perform painting of interior and exterior spaces.
