Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee all building maintenance across our Florida communities. The role includes supervision of maintenance staff, preventative programs, and coordination with vendors to ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of property maintenance experience, strong arithmetic skills for budgeting, and the ability to train others in tool use and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of multi-family property management or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic arithmetic for estimates and percentages.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to meet company goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Ability to operate common maintenance tools and equipment and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and preventative maintenance for assigned community.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and major appliances.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize work orders to support goals.
• Oversee apartment turnover and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
