Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team, overseeing daily operations to keep the center safe and well-maintained. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision of repairs, safety compliance, and coordinating with staff to support resident well-being.

The position is full-time with a day shift and on-call every other weekend, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements.
• Demonstrates proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical areas and code compliance.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must be able to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for safety, upkeep and equipment performance.
• Ensure work complies with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
