You’ll lead a team while also performing hands-on tasks to maintain resident apartments and common areas. A high school diploma and at least three years of maintenance experience are required, along with skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and lawn care. Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program as well as computer knowledge/skills.
• At least three years of maintenance related experience and basic knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and lawn care.
• Must be available on call for urgent community needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of building operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, safety, and compliance.
• Lead a small team and ensure resident apartments, common areas, and grounds are well cared for.
• Conduct monthly fire drills.
• Organize, maintain, and store all department-specific supplies and equipment.
