Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living LLC in Pasadena is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee all building and grounds maintenance, repair requests, and supervision of maintenance and housekeeping staff. The role is exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay range $85,000 to $90,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career development. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience are preferred, with valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year minimum of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Respond to emergency calls and schedule routine maintenance.
• Manage departmental staffing and budget for supplies.
• Ensure safety and infection control practices are followed.
