Job summary

Arcadia Care in Illinois seeks a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department to meet safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards for residents and staff, in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will supervise maintenance programs, coordinate with other departments, prepare written reports for the Administrator, manage budgets and staffing, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a safe and reliable facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety, building codes, and preventive maintenance.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments and report to Administrator as needed.
