Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent at minimum.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory maintenance/plant experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate maintenance with related departments and report to the Administrator.
• Establish a preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise outside vendors and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain safety, fire protection, and equipment standards.
• Attend department head meetings and provide reports.
