Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years’ maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledgeable of local building codes and ordinances

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct maintenance programs
• Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Inspect equipment and systems for proper functioning and safety
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain relationships with staff and vendors
