Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department in a long-term care facility. You will ensure safety, compliance with standards, and a comfortable living environment for residents, reporting to the Administrator.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance leadership in long-term care, experience directing a department, and a patient, tactful, enthusiastic approach to working with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care facilities preferred.
• Former Maintenance Department experience required.
• Must be patient, tactful, pleasant, and enthusiastic in resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Assume administrative authority and accountability for the department.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments and report to the Administrator.
