Job summary

Complete Care at Bey Lea is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facilities team, ensure safe operations, and maintain comfort for residents and staff. You will oversee daily maintenance, supervise staff, and coordinate with management to keep systems running efficiently.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and compliance with OSHA and state/federal standards, plus strong organizational and on-call abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) and related code requirements.
• Experience with OSHA and life-safety regulations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance.
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
