Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance preferred; familiarity with minor repair techniques for facilities.
• Knowledge of structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas.
• Maintains and/or oversees repair of Community equipment; ensures that equipment is functioning properly, and staff are trained appropriately in its use.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out.
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintenance of systems and inspections required by state.
