Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team in an LTC setting. This hands-on role oversees daily maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will respond promptly to emergencies and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

We value strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. LTC experience is a must for this position.
