Touchstone Communities seeks a Maintenance Director for Del Rio Nursing Rehabilitation Center to oversee the community's physical environment, ensuring safety, accessibility, and comfort for residents and staff.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage repairs, preventative maintenance, and Life Safety compliance, while maintaining meticulous audit records and fostering a home-like atmosphere.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance in a skilled nursing setting.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and sheetrock repair.
• Familiarity with Life Safety codes and compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee and maintain the physical environment inside and outside the community.
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems are in top working order.
• Perform and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and Life Safety compliance.
• Keep Life Safety Book and TELS maintenance records up to date for audits.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
