Job summary

Arden Courts in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Building Services Coordinator responsible for the overall maintenance of the community, including common areas, resident spaces, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems.

You will lead efforts to deliver industry-leading services and uphold high quality standards, ensuring resident comfort and safety while coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities and benefits as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Clearinghouse Background Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance
• Physical Demands: Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
